100% Offline & Private: Inchify Pro operates entirely on-device. Your calculations, materials, folders, rates, and photo logs are stored in your device’s local sandbox memory and are never transmitted to remote servers.
This Privacy Policy describes how Studio 4/9 we handles data when you use the Inchify Pro mobile application (the “Application” or “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience using our tool.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Because we value your privacy, we do not require you to register or log in to use our application. All civil estimations, project layout folders, material takeoff details, pricing configurations, and metadata are saved exclusively on your device’s local database (using secure sandbox memory).

  • No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
  • No Project Cloud Syncing: Your files and folder structures are kept entirely local. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your local calculations will be permanently deleted.

2. Permissions Requested

To enable specific features, the App may request access to standard device permissions. These are used strictly on-device:

  • Camera / Gallery Access: Used solely to allow you to take photos of construction sites, reference plans, or materials and attach them to folders as visual takeoff proof. This photo evidence is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any servers.

3. Third-Party Services

To support the development and maintenance of the App, we integrate a limited number of standard third-party SDKs that comply with Google Play policies:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We show display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and process pseudo-anonymous identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and device characteristics to personalize ads and analyze traffic. For more information, please read the Google Privacy & Terms.
  • Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases): If you purchase the premium features or subscribe to remove ads, transaction processing is handled securely and directly by the Google Play Store. We do not store or process your credit card or financial details.

4. Data Security

Since all data remains stored in your device’s secure sandbox environment, the safety of your information depends on your device’s security controls. We recommend protecting your phone with standard access passwords or biometrics to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App is a professional calculation tool and does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the App with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
