100% Offline & Private: Inchify Pro operates entirely on-device. Your calculations, materials, folders, rates, and photo logs are stored in your device’s local sandbox memory and are never transmitted to remote servers.
This Privacy Policy describes how Studio 4/9 we handles data when you use the Inchify Pro mobile application (the “Application” or “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience using our tool.

  • Overview & Information We Collect
    Inchify Pro respects your privacy. When you sign in using Google Authentication, we process basic account profile information provided by Google (Name, Email Address, and Profile Photo URL) securely via Firebase Authentication to personalize your experience and secure your calculation records.
  • Usage of Data & Firebase Authentication
    Your authentication details are processed securely through Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud Infrastructure). We use this data solely to:
  1. Authenticate your user session across app launches.
  2. Display your active profile details in App Settings.
  3. Sync your saved takeoff records, material pricing presets, and project folder preferences.
  4. We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your account information to any third party.
  • Calculation Data & Local Sandbox Storage
    All civil estimations, project layout folders, material takeoff details, custom pricing configurations, and photo attachments are stored locally in your device’s secure sandbox memory. Your raw calculation formulas and site project data are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Camera & Photo Permissions
  • Camera Access: Used solely to take photos of construction sites, structural plans, or materials to attach to calculation folders as visual proof.
  • Gallery Access: Used solely to let you choose existing photos from your device to attach to project takeoff records.
    Photos remain 100% on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
  • Third-Party Services & SDKs
  1. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We show display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect pseudo-anonymous identifiers (Android Advertising ID / IDFA) and device characteristics to personalize ads according to Google Play Policies.
  2. Google Play Billing: Premium subscriptions or ad-free purchases are processed directly by Google Play Store Billing. We never store or access your credit card or financial details.
  3. Google Analytics for Firebase: We collect anonymous telemetry data to monitor app stability, performance, and crash reports. Telemetry contains no personal identifiers or project data.

Data Retention & Account Deletion
Your calculation records remain stored locally until you delete the app or clear its storage cache. You may sign out of your Google account at any time via the Settings menu. To request account data deletion, contact help@studio4by9.com.
