By downloading, installing, or using the Inchify Pro mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Studio 4/9 us.

Inchify Pro is a specialized calculator utility designed to assist with civil measurements, dimension conversions (metric and imperial), takeoff calculations, and project organization. It is intended to support professional contractors, engineers, and DIY builders as an on-site reference aid.
2. No Professional Advice
The formulas, conversions, volume assessments, and automatic takeoff pricing presets provided within the App are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal structural engineering, architectural design, or official financial audits. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all outputs, dimensions, and quantities with direct physical measurements before ordering materials.
- Consulting with licensed civil engineers or architects for structural layouts and site planning.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDIO 4/9, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, MATERIAL OVER-ORDERING OR UNDER-ORDERING COSTS, LAYOUT BILL DISCREPANCIES, PROJECT DELAYS, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, UI designs, graphics, branding elements, logo assets, and custom algorithms contained in Inchify Pro are the sole property of Studio 4/9 and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the Application in whole or in part.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some premium features or services (such as removing ads) may require payment or subscriptions. All billing transactions, renewals, and cancellations are handled securely by Google Play Billing services. Google Play terms and refund rules apply to all transactions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developers operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
